EdTech SaaS platform connecting international applicants with students already at UK universities
Two years of work for a London EdTech company. Prospective students overseas are matched with current UK university students who speak their language and study their course, for advice before any formal application. A by-product became the second half of the platform: a university portal showing a pool of applications with academic data only, personal and ethnic details hidden, so admissions decisions are made without bias, with an agent portal for applying on behalf of clients. Built on Python and Django.

Telemedicine platform and mobile apps connecting patients with specialist consultants
Built before the pandemic, when almost nobody was doing it. Patients search specialists, book and pay for a video consultation; consultants manage availability, notes and follow-ups. A web application plus iOS and Android apps, published on the App Store and Google Play. Designed the traditional way: requirements in writing, sketches on paper, draw.io wireframes, Figma prototypes, then implementation across every user type and platform.

Bespoke electronic health records system for a multi-site clinic on a Caribbean island
Delivered in one year after the clinic's COVID testing platform proved we could be trusted with their data. We visited the island several times to sit with every member of staff, from reception to radiology, and map what other systems had got wrong. The result is a single EHR across multiple locations with role-based access for patients, doctors, nurses and administrators: appointments, quotes and invoices, vitals, visit summaries, X-ray, ultrasound, ophthalmology, laboratory, pharmacy, inventory and stock, and financial and clinical reporting. It also reconciles claims with the national health scheme, so the money the government owes the clinic for treating its members is tracked and settled automatically.

Online consular services for a diplomatic mission in London
A public-facing portal where applicants apply, upload documents and pay for passport, visa, legalisation and civil-status services, with a secure back office where consular staff process, track and issue each case with a full audit trail.

Website, online ordering, EPOS in every branch, SEO, social media marketing and food photography for a group with seven London locations. We ran the digital side of the business end to end for four years: menus, delivery integration, campaigns, and the till system the kitchens work from.

Bilingual EHR for a hospital in Sudan rebuilding after the civil war
Current work. A hospital in Wad Madani was destroyed during the recent conflict and is being rebuilt. We are adapting our electronic health records system for it and translating the entire platform into Arabic, so clinicians, nurses and administrators can work in Arabic or English on the same records. Patient registration, appointments, clinical notes, laboratory, pharmacy, inventory and reporting, delivered for a team working in the hardest conditions we've encountered.
