What you get

What's covered
Software updates applied on a staging copy first, so an update can't take your live site down. Off-site backups you can restore from. Security monitoring and malware scanning. SSL renewals. Performance checks. And a block of time each month for the things you email us about: a new page, a price change, a photo swap.
Support you can reach
You get a named contact and an email address that a person reads. Urgent issues, such as the site being down or a security incident, are handled the same day. Everything else is scheduled and confirmed back to you.
Sites we didn't build
Most of our maintenance clients came to us with a site built elsewhere. We start with a health check, fix anything urgent, and then take over ongoing care. You don't need to rebuild to get looked after.

If it runs on WordPress or any CMS, yes. Unpatched sites get compromised regardless of size. For hand-coded static sites the plan is lighter and cheaper.
What's the contract?
Monthly, cancel with a month's notice. We'd rather earn your renewal than lock you in.
Can you host the site as well?
Yes. Many clients combine maintenance with our managed hosting for a single monthly fee.
