Systems people actually rely on
The consular services platform we built lets applicants submit and pay for services online and lets staff process, track and issue them with a full audit trail. The health records system handles patient registration, clinical notes, prescriptions, appointments and reporting for a provider that had been working on paper. Neither could be bought off the shelf; both had to be right first time.
How we build
We use the Frappe framework and Python for most application work because it gives us user management, permissions, workflow, reporting and an API out of the box, so we spend the budget on your problem rather than on plumbing. Where a lighter tool fits, we use PHP or plain JavaScript. Everything is version controlled, documented and deployable by someone who isn't us.
Security and data protection
Applications that hold personal, financial or medical data are designed with UK GDPR in mind from the first sketch: least-privilege access, encrypted storage and transport, sensible retention, and logs that show who did what. We'll help you write the privacy documentation too.
