An honest note on partnership
We are not an official ERPNext or Frappe partner. We are an independent studio with hands-on experience building and running ERPNext and custom Frappe applications for real organisations, including a bespoke CRM for a training company built entirely on the framework. What an implementation looks like
We start by mapping how you actually work, then configure the modules you need and hide the ones you don't. Where ERPNext's standard behaviour doesn't fit, we extend it with a custom app rather than hacking the core, so upgrades keep working. We migrate your data, run parallel for a short period, train your team and then support you on a monthly plan.
Hosting and upgrades
ERPNext runs best self-hosted. We deploy it on AWS, DigitalOcean or Google Cloud in a UK or EU region, with backups, monitoring, SSL and scheduled upgrades. You get a system that's yours, on infrastructure you can see, with people who know it.

The software is free under an open-source licence. You pay for the implementation work, hosting and support, which is where we come in. There are no per-user fees.
Can it replace Sage or Xero for accounting?
For many organisations, yes. It handles UK VAT, bank reconciliation and multi-currency. If you'd rather keep your accountant's tool, we can integrate instead of replace.
Can you take over an existing ERPNext instance?
Yes. We regularly inherit installs that were set up quickly and never tidied. We'll audit, upgrade and stabilise it before adding anything new.
What about Frappe HR, Healthcare or other apps?
We work with the wider Frappe ecosystem and can add or build apps as needed.
